Sparkle will turn One in 9 days! Life moves so fast.. I am super busy these days, planing about food, decorations,cleaning etc. My little man is trying to walk and loves it so much when all clap for him on his successful attempts. Maple is such an encouraging sister. Sparkle just adores her. I am so looking forward for his birthday..

{Pretty Happy Funny Real} ~ Capturing the context of contentment in everyday life ~ Life is been pretty busy here at our Sunshine home, we had a nice break from our office and other routine for a week. And now are in a process of getting back to our work {Pretty} We were so happy to start our week, celebrating the festival of Onam . And super excited as it was Sparkle's 1st Onam. We dressed him in Kerala's traditional dhoti and served food in plantain leaf. My baby is looking so cute {Happy} A nice way to start back with our daily chores was to do a little cleaning & organizing.   I wiped off all the dust of a week from my dressing table and cleaned and reorganized the basket on my side table. It contains all my daily usage things. Before all these stuff always found on the dressing table lying around and than gradually lost in our everyday hurry. We celebrate Onam at my mom's place every year, and since it was Sparkle's 1st onam, it was even more special.

Ever since Sparkle was born I got into this phase of waking up late. Yes it was unavoidable during the 1st few months but lately its only a trick my mind kept playing with me. When the clock strikes 5 in the morning I am awake, however my lazy little mind tells me facts like "see you woke up so many times to feed baby, hence couldn't get your full sleep", "If you don't sleep well you will doze off at work"", "your back is paining, you need to sleep a little etc on your back rather then sides" etc..., oh there are many such facts that my mind tells me. And due to these so called important facts, I decide to sleep for another hour and thus concluding to all the rush hour at my home. One fine day, while folding the washed laundry of my kids(washed by my maid), I realized that all the clothes need a wash, that only their mother could give. No I am not complaining about the helping aid that I have at home, oh she is a blessing for us, since we...

How is it? Maple loved it!   Finally! a dress was stitched for Maple and two more are in process. I am learning stitch the neck patterns (Problem area!), otherwise things are moving pretty well on that front. Apart from that, I washed the curtains of our living room and they look so fresh and clean. Other things done this weekend were: making cinnamon roll which was really good organized my cupboard and had an unexpected dinner with my parents and sister Hope all of you had a nice weekend too...
