Yes right, the dawn just falls and den all I know about is dragging my tired body onto the bed. I am round the clock busy. No I am not complaining about the work, but yes, i am not spending all the time that my heart needs for my little babies. And they are growing so big and so fast, I know I will regret all this time away from them.

May is very hot and fun. Kids full time at home for their summer vacation, loads of dishes in the kitchen, mud, leaves flowers in and around the house, mangoes yum... lot of work, a trip to the backwater, a day in a houseboat and also a visit to meet grandparents. Three weeks full of energy and love

This grains had grown on our roof. Could have been planted by some bird there. God can grow thing wherever he wishes!  When our house help left us, I was wondering about how we would accomplish thing on time; Make Breakfast and lunch, pack lunch to work, dress Maple, tie her hair into braids (school instructions), drop her to school, feed Sparkle his breakfast, wash clothes, dishes...etc etc the list goes on and on. But our routine now after the maid had left is still going smoothly. We are all doing quite well and with lot of satisfaction and joy. Kids have become so responsible and independent. I learnt one thing for sure, we tend to depend on people when they are there to help, else we all know how to get our work done.

Feasting after a fast is full of joy. Joy of cooking Joy of decoration Joy of clean house. Our home is filled with joy, color, and yummy smell all over.. Thank you Jesus for blessing us and our friends. This ones is an old pic, I forgot to click one this time I washed all my curtain. They are smelling so clean and fresh Washed all bed sheets. All sofa cover and cushion were hand washed and dried out in hot sun. Water used of washing was used in the garden. This one I have been planning to do since long time (thanks to my dear friend for providing me the dried flowers), planted Marigold  at my backyard (praying that that it starts growing soon and produce some nice bunch of flowers). Removed weed in one corner of my garden. Download Easter egg pictures and used them for decorating home. Used old gift wrapper to make Fan shaped banner.  Baked an orange cake Since I am working at office full time, this was lot of work accomplished; thanks to two public holida

I am praying for those who hurt me. 7. I am praying for those without food. 8. I preparing for Easter. 9. I am trying to move close to my lord. 10. I am trying to hold my tongue from hurting anyone. 11. I am cleaning my house 12. I am planning my routines 14. I am counting my blessings. 13. we are praying as family everyday for all.  Praises be to god, Amen.

Maple is all excited about her annual day celebration of her school. She is dancing a Corridinho - Portuguese dance. Isn't she looking lovely!

My little babies! oh i love them so much.Maple's having her annual school day next week, she is all set for a Portuguese dance that she's gonna perform. oh how I am waiting to see my angel dance. my lil maple when she was two... Time flies, now she is a beautiful princess And our little sparkle is all over the place running, falling, laughing, talking .... his activities are endless and he is so adorable.

Its always fun when my sister comes over for vacation. I hard;y feel like coming for work. And God is so cool, he has planned it out, we are having long weekends. We are having a holiday this Monday. So where shall we go?  A picnic should be a good idea. Only this heat here is a problem. I am hunting many ways for celebrating this weekend. I know lord has some plans for us.

We have reached mid of the great lent. How did i fare? very bad! I failed in the last week every bit of my promise. I gave into the temptation of food and entertainment. O lord please forgive me. And then I come across this I have to be more strong, learn self control. O god please help me. I am sorry!

Relics of Metropolitan (Arch Bishop) Alvares Mar Julius  I like to read and re-read this particular book-- John Bunyan's The Pilgrim's Progress. The story of how this book came into mine is very dear to me. I believe that from time to time god has sent along people into my life to correct my path and to get me closer to him. One such person gave it to me.  Reading this book during lent gives a refreshing view towards these days of Lent.  Especially the part of journey of Christian, hopeful and the faithful. One can relate to it so easily.

We have passed over a week of our lent (Indian Orthodox community began our lent from 3rd of march). Yes, so we don't traditionally celebrate the fat Tuesday, however, living in Goa since my birth; carnival and other cultural celebrations have always been enjoyed in public. But at home we began our lent by living simple. We are having meatless meals, skipping entertainment like tv (kids are allowed to watch some cartoons on weekend), avoiding shopping and get together except for prayer meetings etc... kankavli waterfalls Apart from the general thing that are done at home, I am trying to give a personal shade of lent to my life, by giving up things that tempt me the most. Doing away with nail paints, avoid all my favorite shows, dressing up in soft colors or in black, giving up a meal on Fridays, pray every day, trying to speak less. I am praying to my good lord to bless me with patience and love, so as to control my anger and my mouth (very difficult watching on my temper

Saturday we celebrated my husband's birthday. I call him Dada as do the kids. And he is so used to that name now, that he feel I call him his name out only when I am in bad mood :) Our breakfast was light in comparision to our heavy Saturday breakfast, the lunch was really loaded. I haven't clicked any pics except for the one above. I made prawns biriyani, Mackerel Rava fry, chicken fry (That one was for Maple, she is not a fish eater), and chicken in coconut milk gravy. For dessert we have panna cotta with different toppings- Orange jelly, Strawberry jelly, Wine syrup with fresh fruit, Oh it was yummy and the star of the day. It has been really long since I have written. There has been so many thing happening. Major of all for almost three weeks I have been at home and still wasn't able to account my days.  Both my babies weren't keeping well. And now though recovering are very cranking. They are slowly getting out of all the weakness. I wish I could stay with them all long. But my job requires me to get back to work. They are safely taken care of my their darling grandma, so much to my relief. Who else could I depend on with my precious little ones. Thank you so much Mummy.
